Red Grenache – Tempranillo – Syrah
Viticulture: Organic Farming, hot and dry Mediterranean climate, granitic soil, manual viticulture and mechanical tillage.
Harvest: September 17, October 5 and 8, 2018.
Hand picking in 10 kg crates.
Vinification: VPlot vinification. Grapes sortes and destemmed. Vinification by gravity, extraction by daily pigeage, maceration of 3 to 5 weeks, aging of 12 months in wooden vats and 12 months in bottle. No collage or filtration before bottling.
Dress : Beautiful deep garnet brillant color with purple hints.
Nose: Fresh, intense and complex, on fresh red and black fruits, violet, spicy and slightly vanilla notes.
Palate : Clear and franc, a lot of minerality, very fruity and slightly spicy: cherry, raspberry, blackberry, while keeping a lot of freshness. The tannins are soft and well melted. The end of the mouth is gourmet and long. A wine marked by delicacy, elegance and expression of our granitic terroir.
