Dress: Pale yellow, fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: On the nose, it is a very noble cava, with very pronounced ageing aromas, like fresh bread and pastry.
Palate: Carbon is very well integrated and persistent. Melodious aromas with a rigorous nobility that bring volume in the mouth and a very rich end of palate.
