Nose: Intense and fine, on ripe black fruits, truffle, cacao, soft spices, vanilla and with smoky and cherry in brandy notes. Complex and elegant.
Palate: A lot of finesse and complexity, on aromas of ripe black and red fruits, spices, truffle, cacao, lead (minerality). Long and salivating finish with elegance and finesse. The tannins are silky and melted.
A wine for big occasions. It will be good to accompany red meat, as well as veal and beef, roasted or grilled, it also will be excellent with spicy game dishes and old aged cheese.
