Refrigerated at 6°C before pressing. Grapes sorted and destemmed. Low pressure pneumatic pressing. Debourbage by cold decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature with regular stirring. Aging on fine lees for 7 months.
Color: Pale gold with green hues, brilliant.
Nose: Expressive and fruity, typical of White Grenache, notes of white flowers of may blossom, yellow and exotic fruits such as pineapple and pear, clean and gourmet.
Palate: A lot of freshness with tension and roundness, with aromas of yellow and exotic fruits such as peach, pineapple and citrus fruits. Long and salivating.
Wine of pleasure and easy to drink.

12-14°C, decanting not necessary.
